Mörkermyren was first exhibited at Sthlm Furniture & Light Fair 2016, as part of the Greenhouse selection.
MÖRKERMYREN is a story about nature, of the wonders and discomforts of being outdoors. Six different print designs, screen printed by hand in bright colors – telling you about slippery stones, thorns and ticks, wet feet and wild flowers.
From hand and scissors to computer, to screen print and back again. The collection is based on the possibilities and limitations of screen printing, and the patterns have been developed through frequent experimenting in the print workshop.
It is also the story of textile shifting from background decor to leading part, in the world of interior.
